Hi, I'm Olivia — a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of LivLively Wellness, a mental health counseling practice based in Victoria, Texas. I’m licensed in both Texas and Colorado, and I offer in-person & virtual sessions to make therapy more accessible. I also accept insurance!
My journey into this work began over a decade ago, not from a textbook — but from the seat of the client’s chair. In my early adulthood, I felt lost, directionless, and weighed down by hopelessness. Reaching out for support was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done — but it changed everything. I was fortunate to find a therapist who met me with patience, understanding, and kindness, even when I couldn’t fully open up. Through that therapeutic relationship — and the healing power of nature — I slowly began to reconnect with myself, to dream again, and to move from a gray, colorless world into one where life felt vibrant and full of possibility.
That experience planted the seed for LivLively Wellness and the heart behind my practice: Living in Color — the idea that healing allows us to step out of survival mode and into a life we’re creating with intention, passion, and presence.
I specialize in working with young adults (and anyone navigating big life transitions) who are wrestling with anxiety, depression, substance use, or relationship struggles. My clients often have really big emotions, a deep inner world, and a longing to feel grounded, understood, and whole. I bring a holistic, down-to-earth approach to therapy that blends warmth, authenticity, and a little bit of humor when it’s needed most.
I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as you are — messy, stuck, unsure — and be met with compassion and curiosity. It’s where we explore your story, not to judge it, but to understand it, heal through it, and write new chapters with clarity and confidence.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me exploring new hobbies, making pottery, trying new foods, or diving into a new book or playlist. I also find joy and grounding in nature — spending time with my horses and my pup, Penny, is my favorite way to reset and recharge.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I’d be honored to walk with you as you begin your own path toward healing and wholeness.
